The fractional part, also called the decimal part, of a non-negative real number is the amount by which the number exceeds its own integer part. It is defined using the floor function, which gives the largest integer not greater than the number, so the fractional part equals the number minus its floor. The fractional part is conventionally written with curly braces, and its value always falls in the half-open interval from zero up to but not including one. Is Kind Of Object
Entity-backed identity for the object-kind enum value this mathematical object already carries, resolved to a mathematics concept by an explicit value-to-entity map (phase 3 bucket conversion, docs\design_entity_backed_browse_buckets_20260928.md). The object-kind fact itself stays on the object unchanged.
