In mathematics, an extraneous solution, also called a spurious solution, is a value that emerges from the process of solving a problem but does not actually satisfy the original problem, while a missing solution is a genuinely valid one that is lost somewhere during that same process. Both situations typically arise from applying an operation that is not invertible for some or all values of the variables involved, which breaks the chain of logical implications used to solve the problem from running in both directions. Is Kind Of Object
Entity-backed identity for the object-kind enum value this mathematical object already carries, resolved to a mathematics concept by an explicit value-to-entity map (phase 3 bucket conversion, docs\design_entity_backed_browse_buckets_20260928.md). The object-kind fact itself stays on the object unchanged.
